Outdoor Yoga & Nature Experience
Guests arrive at the designated meeting spot in the park, We take a moment to introduce ourselves and provide a brief overview of the experience. Each guest receives a comfortable yoga mat, and we set an intention for the session.
We begin with a grounding exercise, encouraging guests to connect with the earth beneath them. Standing barefoot on the grass, we guide them through a simple breathwork practice to clear their mind and set a calm, focused state.
The yoga session takes place in a peaceful, shaded area of the park. We lead a gentle yet invigorating Vinyasa flow, designed to awaken the body and enhance flexibility. The sequence includes:
Sun salutations to warm up the muscles
A series of standing and balancing poses to strengthen the core
Deep stretches and hip openers to release tension
A guided savasana under the open sky, with natural sounds enhancing relaxation
Following yoga, guests transition into a seated meditation. We encourage them to close their eyes and tune into the sounds of rustling leaves, birdsong, and the breeze.
Unlike a regular yoga class or a self-guided park visit, we immerse guests fully in the natural environment. From grounding on the earth to meditating with the sounds of birds and rustling leaves, we help them experience mindfulness in a way they wouldn’t achieve alone.
