It would start with a Continental Breakfast. (Fruit, fruit bars, water) .
We would jump right in and start with a walk/jog/stroll of selected beach and then transition into stretching and meditation afterwards.
The Actual Meditation Session is Thirty Minutes.
We then would end with a some time at the beach if you desire. There are some local Sights around the beach areas, that I can show you and we can even take pictures that you be will be able to frame.❤️

This is either a Sunrise or Sunset activity, in order to get the full experience of meditation, though you can meditate at anytime .

This experience is for those that want to experience the beautiful beaches in South Florida and experience zen .
I have studied in India the Art of Meditation, non violence and peace.
The education that I recieved amongst the nuns and monks, has allowed me to lead many guided mediations and will allow me to guide you through a sunrise or sunset meditation.
This experience can be coupled with a jog/walk or stroll and beach time after the meditation.

體驗地點
We will start on one of the scenic trails that I know as a local , and then end with the guided meditation in one of the most zen spots you can imagine . The meditation is for beginners (basic 101). I will show you how to quiet your mind and center yourself. This process will allow you to understand the importance of being still in the Moment.
