The experience will take the form of a workshop. Our guests will be invited to join us in our pastry shop, to enjoy a moment wih a professional pastry chef and the owners of the pastry shop, take the time to learn new techniques so that they can leave knowing more about the product and especially have the means to realise on their own the perfect pastry. The two hour experience will also include a degustation of home made products based on our concept and a few Glasses of Cava and other drinks. I would like to give my guests the taste for French pastry, and show them the infinite possibilities it offers. I would like to give them an access to the culture and the love of our products and its complexities, may it be my product of specialty, or all the things that surround it in our shop.
We're young French & Catalan pastry owners. We would love to share this passion for pastry, food, and culture in general. Our pastry shop is specialised in "Pate a choux" products, a famous pastry base that can be used for sweet and salty products, including eclairs, profiteroles, and other french delicacies, as well as the more local spanish Lioneses.

You will join us directly in our pastry shop, 1 min from the Gaudi construction La Pedrera on Passeig de Gracia.
You will be able to leave with the pastry you made and the recipe on how to make it again at home :)
