Want to relax and flow in nature while also getting a great workout? Join us for this group floating SUP yoga experience!

Class starts out with 10 minutes of SUP 101 essential info where we'll go over parts of the board, basic water safety, and a basic stroke. Then we launch for a short paddling warmup. Don't worry if you're new to paddling - I'll be paddling with you and we stay in the calm harbor. Then we anchor in for an all-levels floating SUP yoga class. During class, all poses are optional and merely an invitation. There will be options to take it easy and enjoy being out on the water as well as options to challenge yourself. Choose the options that are right for you. After class we will enjoy a short paddle cool down.

SUP Yoga is a challenging class that engages your core muscles to stabilize yourself on the board. It also allows you to relax and flow in nature.

This is an all-levels class that offers a variety of options to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy with their floating practice. Beginners to advanced yogis are welcome!
Other things to note
Please be aware this outdoor activity is dependent on weather conditions. To ensure that it is safe & enjoyable, I will cancel class if there is rain, thunder, or excessive wind, etc. If that happens, we will attempt to reschedule you for another date/time, or if needed issue a refund.

體驗在預訂完成後 24 小時內取消,或退訂時間與體驗開始時間相隔 7 天以上,可獲得全額退款。

政府核發的身分證明

請拍一張自己的照片,並且要與您身分證件上的照片吻合,這樣Airbnb就能確認體驗參加者的身份。您只需要做這一次。

Please also be aware that you are responsible for the park entrance fee (paid at ranger station) which also covers parking. It is $4 for an individual or $8 for a carload. (Unless you happen to have a Florida State Parks pass to enter without charge.)
