We'll start the 60 minutes yoga flow with some deep breathing practice. You will feel relaxed and present instantly. Then we'll practice a few rounds of vinyasa flows, which it makes you feel energetic. We'll complete the practice with corp pose. You'll feel relaxed and energetic afterwards. Be prepared to be present, active, sweat, and relaxed.
I have been working and living in Silicon Valley for the past 17 years. I enjoyed the fast-paced life here. Silicon Valley is not a place, and it is a state of mind. Now I want to bring yoga, meditation, and a healthy lifestyle to people. Our minds work the best only when we are relaxed. So I quit my job and became a wellness coach.
