We'll start at our share house, grab our bikes, and go for a fun ride to collect ingredients. We'll visit local shops, gather our items, chat with the store owners, and slowly work up an appetite as we cruise the streets. Examples of the stores we'll visit include a fish market that stocks fresh fish from Tsukiji market, a 100-year-old tofu shop, and a cocktail bar that sells organic vegetables. Then we'll head back to the share house where the real fun will begin. We'll chat and laugh as we prepare and cook the meal, and then dine the night away. I believe that one of the best ways to learn about local cultures is through food. Let me show you what life is like in Zoshigaya!

Zoshigaya is located just one train ride away from Ikebukuro Station, yet it's a world apart. It is a beautiful area awash with traditional culture. We'll start at our share house and ride through the Zoshigaya neighborhood on our bikes. After we've collected our ingredients, we will head back to the house and cook the meal-and then dine the night away.
