Very cool neighborhood. Margery was very sweet and had a good amount of knowledge about the artists and architects and did show us a few things we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Given the neighborhood was built in 2017, it just doesn’t have the depth of history/background necessary for a walking tour but if you are modern art enthusiast, it’s worth it.

Margery was such a great host for this tour. Her experience, background and personal knowledge of this tour made it such a great experience. It was certainly one of the highlights of our trip and her personal touch such as reserving a spot at an exclusive cafe made it even more special. I recommend this and any other tour with Margery and team. We look forward to reconnecting in the future once we are in town again.

First of all, Margery is very accommodating with my last minute request (weather in Miami seems very unpredictable so I had to play by ear). The tour itself is very nice, if I did it my self I would end up with a bunch of meaningless pictures. She adds story that made it as experience instead of just sightseeing. there are definitely things that I wouldn't figure out by myself as it is kind of hidden by trees or other building. other stuff needs to be seen by certain angle. overall Im really glad that she is still hosting the tour during this difficult time. thank you so much!

Margery took pains to personalise our tour. Having moved a few years ago to Miami and having no watched the design district develop, she has a real passion and sense of ownership of the project
We were her only guests so it was a lot of effort for her to keep talking and directing all her comments to us which she did very effectively. She did not cancel as others may have done esp as it was probably not really financially good for her
She showed us what we would have missed on our own and took us to areas only locals would have known and that too if they were really interested! She knew of the various artists involved and the background to all the art works
We hope to have her do another in-depth your for us during our next visit.
