As you enter this exclusive commercial kitchen space, you will be hit by great dining music and amazing smells. Upon, sitting in your seat(s) you’ll be given an aperitif to increase your appetite and cleanse the pallet. Next, we will proceed to go over the menu of the day. While going over the menu, I will also educate the audience on the health benefits and etc. for the experience. We will then, proceed to work our way through the courses of the day. Every item will be bursting with layers of flavor curtesy of our specialized creole/ American Fusion cuisine. The meal will range From a special soup or gumbo, to a protein centered course with veggies to a dessert to match the occasion. All while, creating a friendly and entertaining experience that will be talked about long after!
My name is Theodore Kemp. I am the founder and CEO of Spontaneity Ent. A catering and event curation company specializing in Creole/American fusion cuisine. I got my start catering as an undergraduate student in New Orleans. Over time, I took the business more seriously by getting a masters in hospitality management and working on my craft at various dining establishments. All my positions had different specialties from being a commercial bread baker, a cafe cook, short order cook in a grocery, as well as on a food truck.
