We’ll meet virtually in my kitchen and yours to make Mexican Salsas together. You’ll learn to cook salsas in three traditional ways: roasted, raw, and fried. Each preparation is different in technique, personality, flavor, and spice level but they’re ALL delicious and special! Throughout the experience you’ll receive hands-on instructions while you taste-test all the salsa you can handle. You’ll be very surprised by how easy (and fun!) it is to cook salsas at home. When we’re done you’ll have recipes to revisit whenever you’re craving salsa.
It's time for you to Dance, Cook, Laugh and Cheers. Embrace these times with positivity and relax with us!

- When booking, you will recive a full list of all the ingredients necessary to cook our variety of Mexican Salsas at the same time we do!
- Chile, If possible 3 varieties: Dry red chile, Fresh Habanero, Jalapeño or Serrano on any presentation (fresh, dry, can)
- 3 red tomatoes
- 2 green tomatillo (optional)
- 1 Sweet Fruit like mango, pineapple, peach, strawberry, papaya, melon. (optional)

Greetings from Ciudad de México! I'm a Mexican cook with a lifetime passion for food, especially anything hot and spicy. I studied at the National School of Mexican Gastronomy and had the opportunity to live throughout Mexico - from north to south and coast to coast. As someone who believes that food brings people together and transcends language, I love preparing and sharing meals with people from all over.
Over the past 2 years I've welcomed hundreds of guests into my kitchen in Mexico City.
My salsa experience was included in BuzzFeed's "20 of the Best Airbnb Experiences in Latin America." I've also been featured in the L.A. Times and Hoy Los Ángeles.

I set this up as a corporate event and we all loved it! The creamy salsa is so tasty - everyone in my family enjoyed it! It was also great how flexible Natalia was to shorten our session to an hour (because that's all the time we had) and to help us tailor the salsas to be less spicy (for those of us who cant handle too much spice!). Loved the experience and would definitely recommend. Gracias!!

Delightful salsa-making class! Besides being an experienced host with years of professional cooking, Natalie has the vibrant personality needed to make a zoom class both comfortable and alive. The 3 unique salsas that we made were delicious and I especially enjoyed that 2 of the 3 were totally new to me.
