Get insights into Moroccan cooking secrets and ingredients, this hands-on class, My mum and I will explain to you how to prepare and share with you the secret of Moroccan Cuisine, I will transfer my culinary journey here in Morocco and teach you the best tips for cooking authentic Moroccan food at home.
In this Moroccan cooking class you'll learn everything about Moroccan cuisine we will prepare together Moroccan starter & Moroccan tajine using a normal cooking pot or tajine if you have and you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Moroccan meal. cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Once you confirm the booking, l will send you a list of ingredients to prepare in advance.
Moroccan pastries / Moroccan Crepes& Bread / dessert session are on demand , it's a ludic activity and kids enjoy and love it.
We do have Vegetarians and vegans options and if you have any allergies or strong dislikes, just let us know, and we can adjust or adapt accordingly. We can also accommodate any specific date/time requests—just message us!
This experience is ideal for families or friends or for special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays as well as for team-building events at work. If you’d like to book for a private group, feel free to write us. We’re happy to arrange it for you.

I got this experience for my husband's 50th birthday, because we were supposed to go to Morocco last year & it was cancelled because of Covid. This experience was the next best thing to being in Morocco. Kawtar and her mother were so gracious, so sweet, and walked us through cooking a lamb tajine and potatoes rocher that ended up being SO delicious. Our house still smells like Morocco a day later! Kawtar was great about engaging everyone in the family - especially our two teens - and she and her mother were very easy to talk with. Kawtar and her mother usually host cooking experiences in person in their apartment, so they are very comfortable cooking with others. I would highly recommend this experience!

Myself and 2 friends took the Moroccan Home Cooking experience with Kawtar and Khmisa and made a delicious Aubergine starter and Tagine. Both mother and daughter were very helpful and gave each of us individual attention, they were very involved and answered all our questions, while also giving us a very interesting background on Moroccan life and food tastes. I would highly recommend this experience.

This cooking experience with Kawtar and her mum was my first online cooking class and was most wonderful fun and so enjoyable. Information regarding all ingredients and kitchen ware was sent in time. A reminder also came on the day. Kawtar and her mum were warm and friendly. They took us through each step of the cooking process with ease and warmth chatting with us about our food preferences, Moroccan food etc. They were encouraging and confident in their knowledge and adapted a recipe for one of the participants without any fuss. My starter and main course were delicious. So good to use ingredients in a new way. I would highly recommend Kawtar’s cooking experience. Wonderful to do with friends too😀

Moroccan food has so many spices without being “spicy” in the way you think of when you think of hot sauces. It can simultaneously be savory and sweet sometimes, too! This experience was wonderful and the meal was a delight to taste. Thank you both for your teaching and the great at-home experience!
