We meet at MIRAIZA next to Osaka castle at 6:20 AM we will join RADIO TAISO , a physical warm-up exercise with local people at Osaka castle 6:30~6:40. that's make you wake up and feel better before meditation. then meditation about 40 minutes at the corner , west of castle. We will end with a simple traditional raw egg over rice with miso soup breakfast at a small restaurant, if you would like to .
I've been Buddhist monk since 2002. I worked in Shitennoji-temple 12 years as a monk and doing zen meditation. I am already guiding meditation for many guests of airbnb. ( more than 3,000 guests ) Meditation is one of the best way for people to get better life both healthy body and healthy mind.it would be first time for most of guests to experience that.and most of them are very very happy with good feeling.

it's too far from Kyoto. Come to subway TANIMACHI 4 CHOME station or JR Morinomiya station then walk about 20 minutes. it's outside, so bring your hat etc. in summer. wearing a coat etc. in winter.
