You'll learn how they're different to American/NYC bagels (so many differences!), as well as lots of fun info all about breadmaking and working with yeast. Then, let's bake up a batch of homemade bagels - you'll be surprised at how easy it is!

I've been baking for three decades and teaching for ten years, and I absolutely LOVE teaching people all about the science and art of home baking.
