One-day wellness retreat in Port Elliot - Sunday 28 March 2021 9am-3pm

REST & UNWIND through the combination yoga, a small group cooking demonstration followed by a nourishing shared lunch in a beautiful coastal holiday home.

On Arrival we will start with the yoga class, which will include active postures and relaxation. Total class time 1.5hrs, no prior yoga experience needed. You will be safely guided by Leonie, a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher.

10.30-11am, help yourself to wholesome refreshments & enjoy a moment of personal relaxation and reflection time.

11am: Group cooking demonstration starts. Leonie will share her experience and passion about wholefood cooking. You will learn more about whole food plant based cooking, recipes and how to bring it into your daily lives (some tastings during the demonstration to prevent rumbling tummy's).

1pm: Seated shared lunch. Dishes from the demonstration and more will be served and there will be time to connect with the other participants and with your host.

This experience in a spacious coastal home will allow you to feel relaxed, revived and nourished.

Leonie will be your host for this experience. She has run her business PureVitalU since 2013 to share and teach all that she has learned and continues to learn about yoga and food. She is particularly interested in wholesome plant based 'no fuss' foods and dishes.

Leonie is a qualified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and has been teaching yoga since 2017. She did her first yoga class in 2000 whilst travelling through South East Asia and immediately knew that she wanted to explore this practise more. She completed her Iyengar certification in 2018 and is strongly committed to her daily practise as well as teaching a range of regular weekly classes in Adelaide.

Leonie has taught many wholefood vegetarian classes in homes, at different commercial venues and festivals in South Australia, as well as catered for yoga and meditation retreats.

體驗地點

The day retreat is at a private spacious coastal house with garden and large outdoor decking with plenty of space for guests to mingle or enjoy a quiet moment in between the yoga class and cooking demonstration.
