Your experience starts on shore where you begin your immersion into the beautiful lake environment. Our boards are extremely stable so prior paddleboarding experience is not necessary. We'll do a stress-free warm up paddle session. A 30 minute yoga practice will be followed by a 15 minute guided meditation on the water. This session is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. The session will be adjusted to your level and needs.

All equipment including safety equipment is provided.
We'll start at the home location of Lake Life Paddle. We'll make our way through the Cypress lined canal to the sandbar on Lake Conway. The water here is waist deep, clear and clean. We'll anchor our boards for an amazing yoga practice on the water followed by a guided meditation. After our session we'll make our way back through the canal to our home. We regularly see eagles, turtles, owls and other lake birds. We do not see alligators.

Many people worry that they might fall during Paddleboard yoga. It is actually much easier than you would think. There are also no alligators on this lake, so no need to worry about that.
