Baroo just might be LA's most famous restaurant right now. Bon Appétit magazine ranked it the fifth best newcomer in the US in 2016, and the chef once worked at Noma (aka the World's Best Restaurant). There's usually a long wait, but with me you'll get special treatment and sit at the best table.
