This lively and fun 60-minute all-levels Tai Chi Mambo workout is perfect for sluggish mornings or when you need a boost of happy Qi (life force energy) to uplift your mood and energy.

Join San Miguel locals as you weave movement, music, uniting joy and breath to lift your mood and energy. Class starts with my unique Yin Yang exercises designed to increase energy, release stress, loosen up and enliven the mind body followed by the serene flow of tai chi meditation in motion to boost your health and vitality. The perfect energy workout to start the day. Best to bring a hat and sunglasses as we are outside.

For privates, special events to celebrate a wedding, birthday or any special occasion, please contact me to reserve and customize the event for your group. No experience required.

Lydia Wong from Singapore offers a mindful, energy alignment-focused health practice that cultivates beauty, radiance, balance and equanimity. In addition to healing bodywork & classes, she designs customized health & wellness practice specifically tailored to private clients. Since 1990, Lydia has taught shiatsu & body-work internationally, she is a registered Yoga Alliance 500 E-RYT teacher trainer & Tai Chi Qigong Expert. Lydia brings her vast knowledge of different natural healing traditions together in her teaching and practice.

Besides personal training, there are five group classes a week, 3 morning classes at the Benito Juarez Park at 9:30am and 2 afternoon training sessions on tuesday and thursday at 2:45pm at her beautiful tai chi yoga sanctuary located in the Secret Garden, a 10 minutes walk from the main square El Jardin.

Kick start your beautiful day in San Miguel De Allende with Tai Chi Mambo to balance and flow your Qi - vital life force energy. This energizing and inspirational movement class to music created by Lydia takes place outside in the beautiful Benito Juarez Park. We meet at 9:25am at the main basketball court, if that area is not available, we walk across the bridge to use the small basketball court.

Great way to have fun and exercise in a beautiful park. The first half of the class is designed to get your body moving while the second half is Tai Chi. Lydia gives excellent instruction so that anyone can do this. We wish we could have gone more often while we were here, but scheduling other tours prevented us from doing so. Go join Lydia's class, you'll feel invigorated and yet peaceful when you are done. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Lydia's class. It was fun to move, stretch and shake our bodies while listening to upbeat music along with birds singing, as the class is held in a park. This is the first half of the class. The second half is Tai Chi with Lydia leading you through each movement. Don't worry if you don't know any steps or Tai Chi; Lydia is very encouraging and gives cues. Just go and have a fun time.
