We will meet at the Salt Pond Visitor Center in Eastham for a 1.5 mile moderate hike/walk in nature to the exquisite Coast Guard Beach. Once at the beach, we will enjoy a 30 minute gentle yoga. Enjoy a guided nature walk with a focus on mindfulness meditation. Explore the connection to your mind and body through gentle stretch and yoga class. We will end the experience with a focus on gratitude and oneness. Connect with yourself on a deeper level while immersed in Cape Cod's beautiful surroundings! After the class, you may choose to hike 1.5 miles back to the Visitor Center or hop on a free shuttle to shorten the trip.
I am founder of Very Wendy Studios offering wellness activities including yoga, meditation and art. As a life long Cape Cod resident and passionate wellness enthusiast, I am excited to offer unique hiking and yoga experiences. I have certifications in yoga, meditation, pilates, fitness and fashion design. I combine my trainings with the Cape's best hiking trails, walks and beaches to offer a unique and fun experience for visitors. I am extremely knowledgeable, fun and entertaining host and thrive on sharing my love for wellness and Cape Cod with others.
We will meet at the Salt Pond Visitor Center and begin our hike of Nauset Marsh to Coast Gaurd Beach. Along the way, we will stop at vistas and views of the amazing landscape and enjoy our yoga class on one of the world's best beaches of Cape Cod's National Seashore.
Wear comfortable walking/hiking shoes and bring something to sit on at the beach. Bug spray is optional. Of course, bring your camera or phone for amazing photos!
