Carina Crawford-Khan offers an introduction to boxing class for women. As a woman, I understand how daunting it can be to get into a sport as male-orientated as Boxing. A lot of my experiences have included being turned away because they don't take women, being looked up and down and asked out on a date instead of being given an exercise program or even being referred to as "the female" of the class. You won't find any of that here! I welcome you to come and challenge yourself in an environment that you will feel at home in. My Boxing Class is a workout for everyone. I run the class outdoors in different parks. I focus a lot on technique and the class is great for developing strength, hand-eye coordination, correct technique, over all fitness and core strength.
In 2014, I discovered the results that boxing had on my physical and mental strength. I've adopted the discipline of boxing, and have been fighting for London Community Boxing and recently won silver at the Golden Girls Tournament in Sweden. Boxing has enabled me to express myself, improve and utilise my strength and creativity. It has dramatically transformed my physique and overall strength.

We will be training in Brockwell Park, South London. If the weather gets really bad, we will train in a local boxing gym. I will also link you with local boxing gyms if you want more of a boxing experience whilst you are in London.
