We will begin this HONEST ECO experience on a spacious 42' sailing catamaran. With Over 1,092 Square Feet of Deck Space, there's plenty of room to relax.
My All the Above Trip is an amazing full day on the water.
We will depart from the dock located at the Historic Seaport. Sail out to a mangrove island that we can only reach in a shallow draft boat.
You will learn about our Key West ecosystem as you Kayak through Mangrove Islands. We will explore the distinct habitats of the Key West National Wildlife Refuge and learn about our diverse animals and plants
Next, we will hop back on the boat and head to another one of my favorite spots to snorkel on the reef, coral heads or a sponge garden. I will take you to the best spot with the best visibility that day. I'll be your guide, leading you around a calm snorkeling spot. I will point out animals that make our ecosystem unique and answer any questions.
I will provide a lunch spread from our favorite organic cafe Date and Thyme. While you are enjoying lunch we will head to an area which provides a year-round home for around 200 Dolphins. Our Coastal Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphins have never been fed or trained, which allows us to observe the natural behaviors of wild dolphins.

I founded and own HONEST ECO. With Kentucky bluegrass roots and a B.S. in Biology, I found a world with a blue sea too alluring to ignore. I arrived to Key West in 2005. Now I have 10+ years of experience studying Biology and being on the water in Key West with the dolphins. I now own a small business with my wife and 2 young kids. We are trying to make a big impact by educating and leading by example. I'm very passionate about being respectful to the dolphins and the environment.

In the beautiful surrounding clear shallow waters of Key West. We will sail on a spacious fun 42' sailing catamaran. With Over 1,092 Square Feet of Deck Space, there's plenty of room to relax. As always, Small group Sizes! Very Stable with a 26' Width (Beam). We will enjoy the sunset without anything in the way as we watch it set over the gulf.

Great way to spend a day in Key West! Loved all of the knowledge about the ecosystem and all of the wildlife and islands. Loved getting to snorkel and kayak with someone who knew right where to go to see different animals. Great food, and great people!

Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a nice and fun day adventure with a touch of genuineness. Billy and the team were awesome. The food was great with healthy snacks for us throughout the day. The wetsuits helped a ton during the colder months and the blankets on the boat afterwards was great to warm back up. Watching Billy and the team coach two others on how to snorkel when you could tell the two were scared and out of the their comfort zone. The crew showed a true caring attitude to all of us and the environment teaching us about all that was around us. Recommend to anyone that wants to get out and see the dolphins and some of the reefs.

Wonderful experience. The snorkeling was so amazing and it was hard to believe you were in the ocean while kayaking around the mangroves. Saw dolphins, fish, birds, and jellyfish. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Really liked eco aspect of the entire trip.

By far the BEST excursion I’ve been on. Mary and Jesse were very personable and fun. They were extremely helpful in every way and Jesse was amazing at letting us know all about the ecosystems we were in. He even taught my kids about the Nautical Map. The food provided from Date & Thyme was delicious and perfect for the activities we did. EVERYTHING was provided and that was such a great help. I think the best part was the awesome atmosphere between crew and guest. I would definitely book with Honest Eco again and again!
