    體驗的評價如何運作?

    Guests have 30 days to write a review after an experience ends. They can leave private feedback for their host and public feedback for future guests.

    After an experience ends, Airbnb sends guests up to three reminders to leave a review.

    Our community relies on honest, transparent reviews, and hosts can publicly respond to guest reviews. If a guest is late to the experience, leaves early, or doesn’t attend because they can’t locate the meeting point, they will be able to leave a review. We will remove a review if we find that the guest decided not to attend the experience, or if it violates our Review Policy.

    Finding past reviews

    Hosts can see and respond to reviews from past guests by visiting the Reviews tab of their experiences dashboard.
