Our private room is at Cagbalete Island, Mauban, Quezon (160 kilometers south of Manila). The closest white sand beach from Manila with the most amazing view of the sunrise, surreal low tides and sandbars. We have simple, basic yet charming facilities, and environment-friendly, low-impact relaxing place to stay. Enjoy the white beach frontage, grass-covered grounds and old trees. Activities : island tour, snorkeling, kayak, fishing, & interacting w/ friendly locals and tourists in the island.

IVA Lodge is a small modern lodge with small town charm located in Perez, Quezon Province Island of Alabat. This is not beachfront but it is near the beach about 7-8 mins walk. There are many beach resorts in the area which are open for day or night trips. They usually charge $1-3.00 per person to get in but there is a long shoreline which is free. Rate listed is for maximum of up to 20 adults and 6 kids seven years old and below are free.

For people who loves nature, peace and quiet. Very basic amentities - fan room with bed, toilet and bath. No electricity in the island - genset operates 6pm to 1am. A hospitable family who stays in the island will take care of your needs - assists in marketing, cooking, etc.

A nice stopover before or after heading to or from Cagbalete Island. Ironically, we are not a hotel, but we'll try our best to make you feel at home. Breakfast is not included, but we have a budget-friendly restaurant on the 1st floor.
