Cozy Room For One is in our private home. Hosts will be on site.
We live in the heart of the wine country.
Our backyard is lined with redwood trees...the tallest trees in the world!
We live a half hour from the ocean and a half hour from Armstrong Woods.
Please recycle whenever possible.
Please conserve water; we are in a drought, so we request a conscious effort of water use (short showers).
No glassware in backyard or out of the house.
Please do not move the bedroom furniture.
Guests are asked to observe Quiet Time Sunday-Thursday nights: 9:00p.m. This needs to be respected. (We wake up early for work and really need our sleep...The doggies bark when someone comes to the door, so it will wake us up).
Please lock the door as you leave.
Potential guests are asked to include the code phrase "Cozy Room For One" in their initial message, to demonstrate that they've read the entirety of this listing. This helps ensure that both parties begin on the same page, and is greatly appreciated.
And..most importantly...breathe in the fresh air of Sonoma County, relax and enjoy.
