Modern, newly renovated studio in a well-kept house in the middle of a tropical garden area. Located in the center of Cabarete, but quiet. The largest and best supermarket only 50 meters away, all restaurants and caffees within walking distance.

The studio is on the ground floor, is about 48 m² and has a nice, covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses and pots, as well as kitchen utensils such as large refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water cooker, etc. In the sleeping area there is a king size bed with American Serta mattress and 2 reading lamps, air conditioning, a wardrobe with safe and a chest of drawers. The living area consists of a cozy rattan sofa, dining table and 2 armchairs, as well as a desk with fast internet access and a smart TV.

Free drinking water service, laundry service and daily cleaning on request. A baby travel cot 92 cm long and child bed 134 cm long available.
Arrival from the airport Puerto Plata about 30 min. by taxi for 35 US $ (fixe price). Traveling by car from Puerto Plata: go straight over Sosua to Cabarete. Approx. 50 m after Janet's supermarket turn left and take the 2nd entrance on the left. Free parking in front of the entrance. The house is directly behind the pool.

The El Magnifico condominium complex is located just behind a dune by the sea. Right next to it there is the largest and best supermarket of Cabarete. All sights, car rentals, smaller shops, restaurants and caffees are within a few minutes walk. Also to the famous bay of Cabarete especially for kiter and windurfer it is only a few minutes. There you can enjoy the nightlife and in the area the total peace.
