This Grand Spanish Villa has 6+bedrooms and sleeps 15+people. It is perfect for grand family reunions featuring large private area with a big swimming pool, surrounded by pine trees. Just recently reformed villa - all covered in marble is perfect for summer and winter stays. It has many areas for gatherings - both inside and outside the house - great for large amounts of people. Rent the whole villa or just part of it for a reduced price! WEEKLY CLEANING AND LINEN CHANGES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!

The house has an open view over the mountains, but it is located in a very green area, so the swimming pool with sun-beds and barbecue area are totally surrounded by pine woods giving you complete privacy and feeling of comfort while spending time there with a great 5x10m swimming pool.
It has 3 separate living areas:
1) The main house with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds, one of which is electronically adjustable bed), 2 bathrooms, 1 spacious kitchen and living room with a 55 inch, 5.1 Samsung home cinema system;
2) An apartment composed of a bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with transformable couch sleeping 2 and a kitchen-dining room with extra washing machine.
3) There is also a separate bedroom in the attic sleeping 2 in a double bed. It has no bathroom, but has a great view and lots of privacy. Just watch your head as the ceiling is low.
4) A studio with double bed, bathroom and a kitchen
In total villa can house 3-4 separate families - 15 people comfortably with enough privacy and comfort for everyone.
Whole house has just been recently reformed with new double-glazed windows installed and totally air-conditioned with over 9 units of Mitsubishi AC - each room has its own AC. This way the house is comfortable for living both in hot Spanish summers and in winter. New windows have micro ventilation vents which allow for great ventilation of the whole house - providing fresh air without draughts and help avoid formation of humidity spots and fungus which are the usual problem of villas in Spain, especially in winter, autumn and spring.
A big terrace with a great open view is oriented to the south and protected from winds. It is also easily accessible from the main house living room and kitchen - which makes it ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner and any other family activity - both in summer and in winter. Sits 10+ people comfortably.
There is a cinema system with a 55 inch samsung television set and 5.1 surround system. It also has Apple TV for streaming content from your iPhone or iPad and you can connect your computer via HDMI or you HD via USB. No satellite TV as with a computer you can stream anything to the TV via wifi. High speed Internet is included in the price.

IMPORTANT NOTICE! For reservations concerning august - we usually rent for 2 week periods and only from Saturday 1200 till Saturday 1200. So august 2016 is rented in 2 - 2-week periods - from 30th july 2016 till 13th august 2016 and from 13th-27th august 2016.

Guests will have access to the areas prepared for their stay. All rooms are made available (except for some store rooms). It is also possible to rent only parts of the house for a somewhat reduced price - for example, for a family of 6 people or less only the main floor is made available and you can receive a modest discount.
If renting for over 6 people, but less than 10 people (+1 child) - the main house area, and 2 apartments are made available and prepared for your stay. In case of over 10 people, an extra bedroom upstairs and a sofa are also prepared bringing the total house capacity to 14 adults + 1 child.

Please note, that the pricing during high and mid season (From May till October) may be subject to change if you are booking less than 14 days and/or do not respect change days of Saturday or Sunday. This is due to difficulties associated booking the missing days before and after your stay and may lead up to 25-45% increase in the quote for your booking. Sorry for the inconvenience and we hope for your understanding as we try to provide best prices for your stay in our properties!
Weekly cleaning is included in the price and we are constantly looking after the house, the pool, garden, etc - thus cleaning every week is compulsory.
You are always renting the whole house - no one else will be present on the property, unless we agree it with you specifically. Some areas of the house will be locked down however and we prepare only the beds and towels for the exact amount of people you specify are coming for the stay, so please be specific.

This great villa is absolutely perfect for grand family reunions or for renting together with families of friends. It has great location - just 3 minute drive to the arenal beach and very close to grocery stores (Consum, Aldi, Masymas, Mercadona, etc.) and even Javea golf club is just 4 minutes away.
