My home is immersed in Mediterranean maquis, in the best position inside a characteristic residential village designed by the Italian artist Lucenz with local granitic stones and offers wonderful sea views ... the perfect chance to relax surrounded by nature. It comfortably hosts 4 people, conveniently located near the sea.

From terrace and the private garden there is a fantastic view of the sea and islands of "Archipelago La Maddalena" and Corsica.
The house is located in a beautiful green and rural area.
Inside the house you will find a list of the best beaches to be discovered and also the best places where eating specialties of Sardinia (cheese, vegetables, meat and typical desserts).
In the village there is a nice swimming pool for just the residents.
Ideal for family or two couples of friends.
Near the beach (just 550 m from the house) there are restaurants, bars, small supermarkets, pastry and ice cream.

From the villa you have access to a veranda on the ground floor, to two private gardens and to a terrace on the first floor.
There is also a residence's private swimming pool (closed during siesta time 1-4 pm).

The penthouse is cleaned and ozonated. The ozonator is a device that allows you to effectively defeat bacteria, viruses, germs and bad smells.
So inside the apartment the air is very healthy, ideal in the case of people suffering from asthma, allergies or other types of respiratory problems.
