We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.

It is a great location for biking in the summer - with city wide bike trails easily accessible. There is also a wonderful trail which leads down to the lake within a mile of this property. I have worked in the Hopitality business for the last 25 years - the first 8 years in hotels, the last 17 in the professional vacation rental management business. I love this business because I believe that vacations are important - no matter where you stay! It doesn't have to be fancy - and most often that is not what I look for when I vacation - I am looking to make the most out of where ever in the world I am. I want to live like a local - and get a real feel for the vibe of an area. With all of that said - there have been many changes in the South Lake Tahoe vacation rental industry regulations in the last year. Very Very strict regulations with fines exceeding 1000.00 - even for one extra car. Please - in an effort to ensure your vacation is exceptional - pay attention to the occupancy and parking restriction. One extra person, one extra car could result in fines for both of us.
