Welcome to your beautiful cozy home away from home. A tastefully decorated upscale home with amazing water views awaits you in an outstanding golf community just miles from the Airport, Daytona Intl. Speedway, restaurants, & min. to the beach. Great for Bikeweek, Raceweek, Daytona 500, spring break, concerts and shopping ctrs. Close to the professional tennis Ctr. Just miles off 95 & Tanger Outlet Mall , grocery store within a mile! Convenient to everything! A place for fun & relaxation.

It's just the feeling you get when you walk in the door and you smell the freshness of the home and you feel the warmth and coziness of the accommodations and THEN you take a look out the back and see PARADISE! A perfect setting for sitting back and relaxing taking in the beautiful sights and sounds of nature as you watch the various songbirds come to the bird feeders and see deer and other wildlife meander along the banks of the water out back. The perfect area to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or afternoon/evening drink enjoying the lighted landscape at night as you prepare to settle in to your very cozy and comfortable bed where you can look forward to a great nights sleep

Complimentary Breakfast consisting of coffee, tea and a variety of items served daily. During this Covid 19 period, this area will unfortunately be closed so as to protect each other but I have furnished your room with a mini refrigerator with freezer and fridge compartments, a microwave and Kuerig coffee maker.
Laundry: USE of washer/dryer for stays of a week or longer - 1 load, ironing board & iron located in laundry room
Kitchen: use of refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster
Dining room, Living Area, outdoor sitting: open for all guests to use
Parking: space provided in garage unless there is more than one guest. Then specific area will be given to park. Should guest choose not to park in area told, then any damage incurred to vehicle is owner's responsibility and host has no liability.

I am here for you the minute you walk thru my door and will make myself available to you as much or as little as you would like. I normally like to give guests their privacy and let them feel as if they are staying in a home alone unless they want my company.
