Chris and David warmly welcome you to our quality B&B in a unique and listed Cornish cottage dating from the late 1600's.
Spring Cottage is centrally located in Cornwall, five miles from Truro and is ideally situated for visiting The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, and Trellisick. North and south coastlines are within easy reach by car.
The Rooms: We have three double letting rooms, all en suite with great showers! Room three has a 5' wide bed - uk King size.
The Breakfast: Where possible, we source breakfast ingredients locally and make the most of some fantastic Cornish produce – sausages and bacon from the village farm shop and free range eggs from ‘Cracking Eggs' of Probus. We offer a hearty cooked breakfast and also lighter alternatives, including home-made American style pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, blueberry pancakes, fresh fruit and various vegetarian options, all served at a time of your choosing.
Accessibility: Narrow stairs and sloping floors, whilst being characterful and quirky, may, unfortunately, make our accommodation unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties.

Spring Cottage is located on the edge of the village of Probus high is 5 miles from Truro. The village has a pub, a restaurant and convenience shop. Our central rural location in Cornwall means that our guests can get to all the main Cornish sites very easily by car. Heligan gardens and the Eden Project are within easy reach.

I live on site so am on hand to answer any questions or give tourist advice. I'll cook you a fab breakfast in the morning :)
Guests can come and go as they please and their designated entrance at one end of the cottage means they don't have to interact with me if they don't want to!
