Located in "via delle fornaci", a few steps away from the Vatican and St Peter's Basilica, here's a luxurious apartment with large terraces, beautifully furnished and complete with all amenities to make your vacation in Rome unique and unforgettable

The apartment is located on the third floor of an exclusive building of 4 floors with ELEVATOR and a comfortable car garage with rolling shutter and external sliding gate with remote control
The house has a covered area of over 130 square meters and consists of:
- 2 large bedrooms both doubles overlooking a terrace of 30 sqm
- 1 little bedroom with very comfortable bathroom
- 1 large living room overlooking a terrace of 20sqm
- 1 kitchen (FULLY EQUIPPED) with a nice terrace with awnings
- 3 bathrooms: one with shower, one with bathtub and a private one in the little bedroom.
The bed seats currently available are n. 5. Upon request we can provide a complementary extra bed and a small bed for children up to 4 years
The apartment is very close to all amenities necessary for a stay in the capital: the supermarket just in front of the building, restaurants, pharmacies etc ..
Transportation conveniently located: fews steps from the Vatican and all the city's main attractions; metro and bus stations at your fingertips
The apartment building is very quiet and it requires discretion and silence out of common tolerance hours. For this reason, therefore, we do not accept groups of guys.
