This spacious studio apartment is perfect for singles and couples or a small family.
It has a comfortable queen size bed with quality linen provided. There is a comfy two seater sofa.
Split system air conditioner to provide year round comfort.
Brand new sparkling bathroom!
The fully equipped kitchen is clean, fresh and modern with everything you need - all major appliances, cutlery and crockery. Please note there is not an oven. Hooded BBQ outside for guests to use.
Dine inside our out! The front patio area is great for meals, relaxing over a glass of wine or just to admire the water views.
The back yard is large and there is a great fish cleaning area also.
Plenty of parking for your boat
Full laundry facilities are available.
We don’t have a dryer, however there is a large clothes line.

The private, studio apartment is on the ground floor of the property. It is most likely, we will not be on the premises during your stay. You will be notified if Trav or myself need to make a visit. This will not interrupt with your privacy.
There is a long driveway for parking & plenty of parking for a boat.
You’ll also have access to the fish cleaning area.

We love the friendly neighbourhood of locals, regular holiday makers, and visitors to the area. It's a great little community with plenty of smiling faces around. Have a meal at the Port Victoria hotel. It’s a real traditional country pub. Great meals & great staff. Usually quite lively on a Friday & Saturday night!! There is an amazing fish monger(Gills) within walking distance, who sells local caught seafood & gourmet products. Make sure you visit the local winery (Barley Stacks) for some tastings. A great little gem and not what you'd expect to find in this neck of the woods! Also there is the new brewery (Watsacowie brewing company) in Minlaton. Take some nibbles & enjoy their delicious beer.

We are a fun and young at heart couple who love to escape the hustle and bustle of city life to enjoy our holiday home at Port Victoria. We love the ocean, fishing, travel and everything outdoors.
