Residential Classic Villa in El Vivero CDC Resort with Beautiful gardens, uncovered terrace, gazebo, swim pool & Jacuzzi. It's two levels 549.83 m2, built in an 1,644.45 m2 of land, with two Suit bedroom in each level (Cable TV, Internet, full bath,walking closet,vanity,).
The ideal place for family getaways, groups and conferences, not to mention destination weddings, This Villa @ Casa de Campo is a full service resort that is more a state of mind and way of life than just a mark on the map.

A care-taker that lives on site, he makes sure that the property is secure and the grounds are maintained. Daily house staff from 7:30am to 4:30pm on the property, to clean the rooms, make the beds and cook.You would have to provide the food. Extended hours can be arrange with them!

Yes! Is a buffet-style meal from 8:00 am to 10:30 am that typically includes items such as
*One to three juices (e.g., apple, orange, tomato) and Milk
*Assorted baked breakfast bread (e.g., croissants, muffins, toasts) with butter/jam/honey,
*Coffee, decaffeinated coffee, Hot chocolate and tea.
*Seasonal fruit
*Assorted cereals (e.g...Cheerios, Frosted Flakes or Raisin Bran),
Transportation! Yes!! Airport-Resort (Round Trip)
Casa de Campo is approximately a 50-minute drive southeast of the capital city´s Las Americas International Airport in Santo Domingo, a 40-minute drive southwest of the Punta Cana International Airport in Punta Cana and a 5 minutes away from the La Romana Airport.
We will arrange a chauffeur to pick your group up at the airport and then return you at the end of your vacation to the airport:cost is $180.00 round trip, not per person . Máximo (the driver) can also work as your private chauffeur /side-seeing if you want to take any Adventures outside of Casa de Campo. Those costs would be arranged between you and him. if this works for you let us know (as soon as possible) and we will secure the reservation.
Getting Around:
Private Minita's Beach, La Marina, Golf, Tennis, Shooting, Polo and Horseback riding and the Mediterranean magical village of Altos de Chavon .
Guests can arrange to horseback ride, shoot skeet, enjoy all beach activities or go deep sea fishing, Golf cart and bike are available for renting…please contact hotel concierge for schedules and prices.

I can put you in contact with Mr. Adolfo who work as part of the excursions boat that visit Catalina Island, Saona and Palmilla .. I will help you with all your questions ", you have lived in the Country House, La Romana his entire life and I trust him completely. You can feel free to request him whatever you see that can be fun or you are looking for, just tell him what you want to do or what are you looking for and what tells is it worth to save time and money as his best suggestions.
• Rental cars ,Golf Cart, Privet Chauffeur, excursions available (upon request for a daily fee) it will be at the house prior your arrival.
