You’ll love our luxury mountain home because of the private, woodland ambiance you'll experience from both inside and outside the home. The high vaulted ceilings and massive windows allow unobstructed views of the surrounding forests, and bring the beauty of nature right inside. Our home is perfect for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). You'll also appreciate our home's close proximity to all that the Truckee-Tahoe area has to offer, including world class ski resorts.

You will have access to the entire home and garage, but please respect the few closets in those areas that are locked and for owner use only. There is parking for one car only inside the garage, and room for 4 cars in the driveway. During winter months, cars are not allowed street parking if there is snow removal required.

For travelers with infants, there are two Pack-n-Play porta-cribs and two high chairs in the home. Toys, games, books, snow play items, and kid movies are available also for older children.
Please note that your price does include the 12% transient occupancy tax charged by the Town of Truckee.
Please note there will be an additional $50.00 charge if excess linens and towels are used. Excess is defined by an amount beyond that which is necessary for the number of declared guests.
Important Note: We do not rent our home to groups of adults under the age of 25 and do not allow large parties to be held in our home.. We restrict the use of our home to 10 guests unless arrangements have made with owners prior to guest arrival. If these rules are ignored, the deposit will be forfeited and the guest risks being asked to leave the home. Police involvement make occur if guests become a nuisance while in our home.

Donner Crest is a small, private neighborhood that is located approximately half a mile up Northwoods Blvd., the main road into Tahoe-Donner. It is an area where there are few homes, and those are separated by mature trees and sloping topography. Our home backs up to a national forest so the only thing you see through the massive windows are trees and the occasional wildlife. Nature hikes start right at the back door of our home.

住宿期間
We are never far away and we have helpers near our home who will monitor and be available if needed. They will advise us there are excessive guests in the home and if the house rule of no parties is broken.
