Redpalm villa is a 1 year old beautiful 3 storey villa in Kamala, Phuket, with 24 hour security at this gated "Nathong House Kamala" luxury villa complex. It is an icon of modern living that caters for your every need. 4 large en-suite double bedrooms all have outside access plus a sofa bed on penthouse floor has a shower room. Decked roof-great views. Private pool. Parking. 10 min walk to beach.

Nathong House is a luxury gated complex with 24 hour security and a very helpful Office which is staffed daily from 8am-6pm to answer all of your queries whether you wish to book a taxi, travel or would like any recommendations.
In the villa itself there is a TV in the lounge. There are sofas in 3 of the 4 bedrooms to relax on and a sofa bed on the top floor open space. All bedrooms are en-suite and each room has A/C and a fan. There are two patio spaces on the first and second floors to relax on and take in the fresh air and views. The villa has WIFI.
The well-equipped kitchen caters for all needs and includes oven, grill, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc. There is a washing machine or you can use the nearby laundrette at just 50baht per kilo.

Electricity is charged separately. A reading must be taken on arrival and shown to the Office. The same is required at the end of your stay. The amount due can be paid at the office and is 5BHT per KWH (the national price for homes with a pool). To see your usage I recommend guests take a reading after a day or two to act as a benchmark. Fans are 20% of the cost and available in every room.
Near to site of Phuket Fantasea elephant show: you get a free 5 minute firework show nicely visible from the decked rooftop at the end of the Fantasea show!

Villa complex office with a very helpful team open everyday 8am-6pm.
Nearby 7/11 chain store for all basics. I must say their microwave corn on the cob is excellent at 20 baht!
Oasis Spa next door to estate (very upper end, c.3000BHT+ treatments!). Massage/therapy further down street for 300BHT per treatment.
Street outside gated entrance to has several restaurants. Ones catering to tourists charge c.100-250BHT for mains. Ones catering to locals (basic 'shack' restaurants) charge c.50BHT for main course. Also handful of ex-pat run restaurants (e.g., Greek Tavern). Great shack restaurant opposite estate entrance specialising in duck: delicious meals for 50-75BHT (run by friendly local Muslim family, so no alcohol served on site, but takeaway option and also at Little's).
There is a larger Big C supermarket on the main road in Kamala.
There is a twice-weekly market with excellent food to either eat whilst you are deciding which souvenirs and items to buy from the stalls, or to take back and enjoy at the villa. The beach and Kamala itself has every type of restaurant catering for every budget, and endless bars and family-friendly entertainment.
