Well located for transport into Liverpool but we found it a bit tatty rather than rustic and quite a lot of the place still looked unfinished. The upstairs is very low so anyone reasonably tall can't stand up anywhere. We were unfortunate compared with other reviewers as we never saw Danielle or Emma but had to let ourselves in and out. Certainly the breakfasts others have mentioned did not seem to be on offer, although we didn't book expecting that so it wasn't really a problem. Better for two people than three I'd say but it did us okay for a bed for the night.
Danielle and her sister are very kind and reachable. They allowed us to come earlier. Danielle was not here so Emma welcomed us. This is unfortunately the only good part of the stay. The little house is situated behind a big one which belongs to both sisters too. The yard is not safe for children since it is full of forsaken objects and the terrace is not finished because there are bricks left. The sofa bed is ok for one person. The single bed is quite small. The location is good 3 minutes from the train station but The train passes right behind the house until midnight. Also its not super clean and there are not all the amenities to cook. Everything has been told to the host to make the place better.
