Our place has a private entrance, very clean and furnished nicely. There is ample area for parking , a large deck for outdoor eating and relaxing ,all of which are very private.
There are two bedrooms ,each with adjoining baths, that have large walk-in closets. These bedrooms are separated by the actual living/dining/kitchen/laundry areas. The deck has table for outside dining, couches and a porch swing.
The apartment has access to the garden below and is located welcoming neighborhood. There are many hiking trails in the area.

RENTAL RESTRICTIONS: Minimum age of Guest is twenty five (25) years of age.
• All trash, is placed in trash can on lower deck, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher prior to departure.
• Access is gained by opening key box found at left of entrance door just past the swing. The key is put back in the lock box upon departure. Access code is 1217.
**WEATHER – No refunds will be given to power outages due to weather or acts of the power company outside the owner’s control. No refunds will be given for “Loss of Enjoyment” due to weather.
INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Owners do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. Laundry soap has been provided for you, should you wish to wash clothes, linens or towels.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
Internet Use Policy – A WiFi internet connection is provided. The network device name is ATT696 and the security key is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the Short Term Rental Agreement must be approved by Owner.
PARKING – Parking Is on the owner’s property only. Park to right in parking area next to walkway. No street parking allowed. Ample parking for cars and RVs in gravel section of the driveway. Bikes may be stored on lower covered deck.
FIREPIT/CHARCOAL GRILL – The firepit and wood are provided for your convenience. There is water located at firepit and Guest is expected to make sure the fire is out before leaving the area once a fire has been started. Charcoal grill provided on covered deck with water source nearby if needed.
WATER AND SEPTIC – This house is on Waynesville city water system and a private septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. No feminine products should be flushed.
