Relax and enjoy one of Ocean City Md's most sought after oceanfront condos! Braemar Towers is located oceanfront on 131st street perfectly maintained and close to restaurants, shops and activities. Braemar Towers will seem like its own private resort complete with amenities that include an outdoor pool, tennis, fitness center with saunas, game room and a large open air deck ocean front.
This newly renovated 7th floor condo has all new furnishings a well as new mattresses and bedding, new tile flooring throughout, new bathrooms, flat screen TVs' in each room complete with WiFi access, and new patio furniture to enjoy the ocean views, and your time on the balcony.
The master bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath has a patio door and balcony access. Large patio doors bring the outdoors in to the living room, dining room and kitchen w/ extra breakfast bar seating. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds and the living room offers a queen sleep sofa to accommodate 6 guests comfortably. The 2nd bathroom is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
Please know there is a $50 Registration Fee assessed to each reservation. You will be required to register your vehicle at the Braemar Towers front desk upon arrival.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coastal Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee ability at any time.
