This furnished room has a queen sized bed, three windows facing South, a desk, chest of drawers, nightstand and mirror and is well lit with two lamps on facing sides. The bathroom is just outside and shared. It is very large and spacious at 150 sq ft, plenty of room to stretch in! Over 1/3 larger than our smallest room, at only a few dollars more per day! The windows overlook a quiet street (cul de sac) filled with well-kept homes. The two closets offer ample space for your luggage and clothes.

The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is very safe, with professionals and families living here. People wave to you as drive through the street, but be careful, kids are playing. It is also very wooded and there are shopping centers with plenty of restaurants - all near walking distance.

I love being a host to a wide variety of people with different backgrounds. My house is large and spacious, with a gourmet kitchen where you can prepare your favorite foods, a living room to watch TV and a family room near a fireplace and stereo system. An screened in outdoor deck overlooking nothing but woods - yet it is near the center of the thriving community of Reston, VA, next to all the amenities.

My neighbors are the friendliest people you could find anywhere. We look out for each other, and as a result, this is a safe, quiet, and relaxing place to be.

My home caters to professionals who are working on local contracts, entrepreneurs seeking business opportunities, and travelers who are exploring Northern Virginia but prefer a community, home-like environment in which to stay.
