Small house in Deia municipality, right in the Tramuntana mountains, declared a Unesco World Heritage Site, built from stone, in a peaceful setting, on the outskirts of Deia. Deia is fifteen minutes by foot or three minutes in car. To be at one with nature and escape from stress and your everyday life. Ideal for nature lovers and hikers, with routes close to the house.

It has hot water, inverter air conditioners (hot/cold) in the main living room and kitchen, and another air conditioner (hot/cold) in the main bedroom, a radiator heater in the single bedroom and fan for summer, heater in the bathroom, washing machine, hair-dryer, drying rack, microwave, kitchen with gas oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, coffee maker, all cooking utensils necessary, basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, coffee, water, etc.), change of sheets, bath towels, toilet paper, gel, shampoo, first aid kit, bath sponge, detergent washing machine. It has a barbeque.

'Ecotasa' came into effect on July 1, 2016. This is a tax that all tourists who visit the Balearic Islands must pay. The Government has made home owners responsible for collecting this tax, as a result we have had to increase the rental price, but we DON'T charge any extra fees when you arrive.
If you come by car be aware that a smaller car is best, as the road to access the house isn't very wide and if you aren't used to driving through narrow spaces a small car will make this a lot easier.
As we are in the mountains there are some small animals living here called goats that usually inhabit the surrounding area. You might see a goat pass by the house during your stay, but don't worry, they are harmless and the only thing they will do is eat the plants in the garden.

The house is in the mountains, close to an olive grove and the Hotel Es Moli. In Deia there is bus and taxi services, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. On the main road close to the Hotel Es Moli you can get on or off the bus, and then the house is a 5 minute walk away.

Disfruto viajando, siempre que puedo, con mi familia. Me gusta ser un buen anfitrión, si hay algún aspecto que se puede mejorar lo hago e intento tener la casa así como me gustaría encontrarla si yo fuera el huésped.
住宿期間
In the house there is a welcome pack with information on the town and food options. There is also information on activities and day-trips. We are available for any questions or issues that arise. I live in Sóller, half an hour from the property.
Possibility of cot and high chair on request.
I'm usually on-site to receive the guests but I'm not at the house during your stay. I'll be available by telephone for any questions or needs that may arise.
