Detached bathroom available for private use, share common areas of 4-bedroom, 2-bath home: WiFi, Central Air/Heat, free parking, washer/dryer, pet-friendly (extra fee $10/day), and smoking outside only.

I have a friendly, crate-trained, 75 pound, black Labrador Retriever named Koda, born, March 2015 and a 13 year-old cat, Luna, that’s blind in one eye and lives in my adult child’s room. Randy is a cohost, attends college locally and works part-time. Occasionally, her boyfriend is here too. Note, she uses the downstairs bathroom when we have guests. One of my sons, Kevin lives in Rocklin with his wife and three kids. He works and goes to school in the Bay Area and sometimes crashes on the couch a few days a month. Finally, I attempted to rent both upstairs rooms when I lived alone in 2017. I had a house sitter staying in the living room from July-October 2017 when my mother had a stroke. We have parted ways. I’m in the process of remodeling my living room (all construction done) and converting my drought damaged lawns to an eco-friendly, drought tolerant, low maintenance yard.
