Elegant, year-round home on West Polpis Harbor with fabulous water views from almost every room. FIRST FLOOR: master bedroom with full bath, twin bedroom with a (shower) bathroom. The den has a fireplace, flat screen TV, high-speed wireless Internet, VCR and DVD. Living room w/fireplace, formal dining room, and sun room (with TV) with in-room mini split A/C unit and doors to outside deck and screened-in porch. The kitchen includes heat lamps over gas stove, warming drawer, table seating for ten, pantry bar, and sitting area with wood stove. The guest twin bedroom (Hollywood bed) has a bathroom with shower. Nearby is a single bedroom. There is also a sitting room with a trundle bed. SECOND FLOOR: King bedroom with ceiling fan, full bathroom and French doors to deck. Central A/C throughout the house. OUTSIDE: shower, attached garage, walking path from house to boathouse deck overlooking West Polpis Harbor, w/deck furniture and cold water sink. Other amenities include BBQ-grill, washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee/espresso maker, linens, beach towels. No smoking. Island transportation bus stop is a one minute walk from house. Caretaker lives on adjacent property.

The boathouse deck is available (with a great view!) but the interior of the boathouse is not accessible. Unfortunately, it is a direct violation to allow tenants use our moorings.

Our property is right on West Polpis Harbor. The sunsets are stunning! The bike path to 'Sconset and downtown is across the street from our driveway.

My family has been coming to Nantucket since the early 60s as it's a very special place! I live in Charlottesville, Virginia, with my husband, three daughters and yellow labrador. I'm a health & wellness educator for plant-based products and therapeutic essential oils. I love to travel, and have attended schools in France and worked in Switzerland. I love big band music, dancing, sailing, skiing and hiking.
