LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Snodallion 24 is nestled right at the base of Peak 9 in the lovely town of Breckenridge, Colorado. Just a short walk from the base of the Quicksilver lift as well as a short walk into town, makes our little condo a convenient location for exploring. Leave your car behind, you won't need it.

Location in Breckenridge is key! The last thing you want to do on your vacation is worry about finding parking and transportation. Parking in the town of Breck is extremely limited and hard to find. The public parking around the gondola is busy and crowded. In Snodallion 24, you avoid all of that!
The Space Overview

-Free underground heated parking with assigned space
-Full Kitchen
-Flat Screen TV
-Free reliable and quick wifi
-Linens, towels, paper products, soap, shampoo, dish detergent, all provided
-Binder full of food and activity recommendations as well as a trail map.
-Short walk to gorgeously renovated Hot tub/Pool area
The kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated with granite counter tops and new floors and furnishings. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked. There are indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pools (closes Labor Day and opens back up when the ski slopes open). There is assigned underground heated parking, as well as a private above ground lot. You should not need to drive anywhere though because we are 100yds from town and 100yds from the ski lift!
The living room is outfitted with a HD Flat Screen TV and fireplace. Our space has cable and reliable wifi. You will feel right at home in our cozy, fully furnished, and nicely decorated space.
*Our properties are cleaned and ready for your arrival using the disinfection process which exceeds the Safe Home guidelines set out by Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals and the Vacation Rental Management Association

The whole space is yours! There is an electronic key pad attached to the door handle. The access code will be given prior to arrival. Free underground heated parking space, as well as additional above ground parking lot. There is also a free gondola that will bring you from the center of town to the base of Peak 8.

During your stay you will be given a parking permit for the above ground parking lot. Inside the condo is a key to access the underground parking garage.
Our property management team, PMI Breck, will be in contact with you via email with check-in details prior to your stay.

Leave your car behind, you will not need it! Our neighborhood gives you immediate access to both the ski lift AND downtown. There is no need use your car to get around upon arrival to Snodallion 24, as we are so close to everything! Don't want to pay a fortune to eat at one of the mountain lodges? No problem! Just ski off the mountain, and enjoy a meal right inside your condo! Relax for a minute and then gear back up and ski back out!

I love all outdoor adventures! Hiking, skiing, and rock climbing are among some of my favorite things. I lived in Europe for a year traveling through the Austrian Alps with nothing but a back pack.
