Situated 10 minutes away from the famous 7 mile Negril beach and resort town, Jah Property will give you a real feel for the country. Rasta operated, all the authentic amenities are available. We have BICYCLES FOR RENT on property, a great way to get around, reserve ahead! For full list of perks, read description below.

Surrounded by flowers, fruits and natural Jamaican bushes and trees, the sounds of nature will talk you out of even leaving the yard. There are 3 cabins amidst this paradise , perfectly spaced throughout the garden for privacy, each with a private bath. Each have a veranda.

The whole property is yours to share. Lots of hammocks and a cozy firepit. There is a shared kitchen outside with a full size fridge, wood burning stove, 2 gas burners, coffee maker, blender, all utensils and everything to make a large family style meal and grilling Jerk Chicken fireside.
The property has a Washing Machine and clothesline.

The negatives....if you see it that way...
NO Hot Water, but the temperature in Jamaica is plenty HOT!
No Air Condition, but each cottage is open and airy with fans. In the winter it is very comfortable. In the summer and in all seasons, there is always a cold shower and the Carribean Sea!

Its a real Jamaican Community, respectful, grateful and welcoming of tourist, although there are not very many tourist in this area, it is less than 2 miles away from the Lighthouse, shopping, dining, and the world famous rum bar and cliff diving @ "Ricks Café."
We are a 2 minute walk from the water, there are many places to perch and watch Negril's awesome sunsets. You can swim in the sea and have access to neighborhood sea side pools as well.
