My place is good for solo adventurers, couples, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). All respectful people and their animals are welcome here at Integrity Farm with their paid reservation!

Your private bedroom and private bathroom are right next to the main entrance and on a separate end of the house so you can easily come and go without disturbing anyone. This is also helpful if you have pets with you. Either way, I will have the house sectioned so that my dogs don't bother you, even if you want to leave your door open. You have a nice new Serta pillow top queen mattress with an adjustable base for maximum comfort watching the huge flat screen smart TV, matching bedroom suit including dual night stands with matching lamps, full dresser with mirror, as well as ample closet space. Please let me know ahead of time if you are staying for at least a week and would like it emptied for your complete use. You have direct view of your vehicle in the driveway from your bedroom. If you want to book more than one couple or more than one bed, I do have a plush double futon mattress or twin air mattress that I can move into the room for you with enough notice. There is a compact dorm fridge/freezer and microwave in your room and a Keurig coffee maker in your bathroom.
The back deck has a double hammock, double swing futon, table, bench, several chairs and sun shade umbrellas for enjoying the sights and sounds of the farm.
Breakfast provided consists of coffee, tea or cocoa and instant oatmeal. There are freshly made to order hot breakfast sandwiches and other things available for purchase at the store two buildings down around the corner (walking distance).

Full access to your private bedroom and private bathroom, kitchen (only with prior coordination, but you have all but the stove in your private areas, as well), living room and laundry room (only with prior coordination), as well as large deck with table and chairs and hammock for enjoying the great outdoors and the sights and sounds of the farm.
Access to the home is provided via an "August Smart Lock" so your smart phone is your house key! And if needed, you can contact me to unlock it remotely for you! Your bedroom door locks with a code you will be provided upon check-in. No metal keys to lose! Please be sure to download the August Smart Lock app and create your free account before you arrive for a smoother and quicker check in. If your cell phone service provider is T-Mobile please inform me ahead of time so I can provide slightly different instructions for the lock.
Guest access to the barn area is restricted to host accompanied access only, for your safety, comfort and enjoyment, as well as for the animals.
Only paid Guests have access to the property. No visitors or get-together or parties unless I have been given their full names and they have been registered and paid for in advance.
Guests do not have permission to be in the dining room area which is currently only used for storage and not part of the guest amenities.

I now have only 2 resident dogs (one passed over the rainbow bridge in October 2019 at almost 13 years old), 2 horses, a barn cat and an indoor/outdoor cat. If you would like me to keep her out of the common areas during your stay I can usually do that if you let me know ahead of time. I occasionally board other people’s dogs as well.
One of the horses is a therapy horse that I am fostering due to her being laid off during the COVID time. I'd love to introduce you to both horses and let you pet them and maybe even feed them a treat!
If you would like to book further than 3 months out or longer than a month please inquire directly and let me know your expected plans so that I can accommodate your request.
Generally, rates are higher for the closer to check-in date that you book so please consider this and book earlier for the greatest rate!
Check-in time is flexible but requires an agreed upon appointment time. If there is a guest checking out the same day I generally plan for a 6 hour turnover (add 2 hours for additional COVID procedures) but contact between 12:30 and 1 pm to give an estimate based on the condition it was left in so that you can plan earlier if desired.

Nice, safe, country setting on a small, well kept horse farm just off the highway. Nice neighbors and you may see them wave as they take a stroll or pass you in their cars, trucks or ATVs. Walk to Gold Star convenience store (and gas and diesel) and Dollar General store. Lake access can be arranged across the street as well. There is no dock or boat ramp yet though. A small inflatable kayak can be rented for a small fee with deposit and signed liability waiver, if requested far enough in advance.

I will be there at check-in to meet you (so communication on your actual arrival time is paramount). Please let me know you’d like me to give you the tour of the farm, and let you meet and interact with the horses and dogs and barn cat, if you so desire.
I am happy to provide as little interaction (it's quite possible based on the layout of the home) as you would like but am happy to interact to a much greater extent when I am home and I have completed the farm chores. If you let me know in an early message what interaction level you prefer (with people and with animals) I can try to accommodate the best for you.
I eat out a lot so if you would like to go with me, just let me know. There are LOTS of options within 10-12 miles in every direction. If my schedule allows I’d be happy to drive.
