A light and bright first floor apartment located in the heart of Brockenhurst village where ponies, donkeys and cows roam freely; an ideal base for exploring the New Forest for walkers and cyclists. Situated on a main road in the village, where it is a delight to hear the ponies go trotting by. The traffic is generally slow, but one can hear it.
Due to the coronavirus we're taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces.

Bike storage available.
Tea and coffee facilities are provided. We provide a DIY breakfast of assorted cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit and toast. The award winning Bakehouse bakery in the village offers fabulous fresh baked bacon rolls that are hard to beat! For those that like a healthy smoothie drink for breakfast, we have a Nutribullet and the village greengrocer is open from 7.00am for you to purchase fresh fruit or veg of your choice.

Hi, I'm Susan. I grew up in England then lived overseas for many years, primarily in Canada and west coast USA. Now settled in the beautiful New Forest I enjoy the outdoors, Nordic walking, yoga and playing in a ukulele band!
