One block back from the famous 'Esplanade', where you will fine great bars and eateries and plenty of activities along the foreshore.

We are in the city just a 10 minute walk to the centre. The area is built up and it is mostly hotels and business activity. There is not much residential housing. We are close to the hospital precinct.
