I love it here - but I am biased!!
Our holiday home is situated between the traditional fishing town of St Feliu de Guixols and the popular tourist resort of Platja D'Aro.
'S'Agaro', boasts one of the regions most spectacular stretches of Costa Brava coast and is perfect for a holiday of variety - or for a simple break with sun, sea and sand every day!

The house has a fantastic location with the beautiful Sant Pol beach less than a 10 minute walk away. There you can hire kayaks, SUPs, windsurfers and dinghies. We have 'from the front door' access to cycle routes, run routes and hiking ... and its an easy walk or very short (<5mins) drive to the awesome via ferrate Cala de Moli. If it's activity you want your choices are endless. If music and culture are more your thing, we are nestled between the pleasant, traditional port town of St Feliu de Guixols (home of Spains oldest summer music festival "Festival de la Porta Ferrada' featuring artists like Jamie Cullum in 2020), and the more modern Platja D'Aro which boasts a vibrant strip of restaurants, bars and boutique shopping all year round. For day-trippers, the medieval, university town of Girona as well as Figueres (Salvador Dali Museum) are less than an hour away. At the end of whatever your days adventure has been, this spacious holiday home over 3 floors (including mezzanine) offers the perfect retreat to cook alfresco on the BBQ backyard, relax on the roof terrace, enjoy drinks on the patio, or cool off in the 15m pool.

Roam the whole house and terraces, shared pool, parking, residents play park and gardens. I 'live in', but my hope is that you will make yourself comfortable and feel at home! The lounge area includes a small area dedicated to 'home office' - a 27" monitor, wifi keyboard and mouse are available for those who need to combine work and play, but who would prefer a larger screen to the laptop or tablet they travel with. I have a small amount of gym equipment that guests are welcome to use and plenty of books and tourist information on the region. The kitchen is large enough to cook individually at the same time - with a sensible approach to sharing cleaning and keeping respectful of one another of course.

It's a very quiet neighbourhood, but for those who want it, the noise and hustle and bustle of Platja D'Aro and St Feliu are just 5 minutes away!
I really enjoy walking the 'Cami de Ronda' coastal walk and cycling the 'Via Verde' Railroad to Girona.
There's loads to do and I'm very happy to share local knowledge with you!

I've shared my home for many years and love meeting new people and learning more about the world through them! As a host I am pretty flexible and relaxed - mi casa su casa! Ultimately I want you to feel this is a comfortable home from home - if you are visiting the region on business I know what it is like to want your own space to relax in after a long day so I'll respect your privacy, and if you are here for outdoor activities or tourism and want some ideas and tips of places to go, I am happy to share my thoughts. I can't live without great mates, trips to the countryside, occasional long walks (up Scottish munro's or across Spain on the Camino de Santiago) - and 'supper club' with friends! No life motto - except perhaps to be useful every day!
