Small quaint apartment in our carriage house, on retreat property. Apartment is one bedroom with bath tub (no shower), living area, small deck and private entrance. Full kitchen space and grill available. Shared lakefront and beach space with other guests. My place is close to Montreal; which is 50 minutes north. Burlington VT is 50 minutes south. Plattsburgh NY is 30 minutes west. Great local restaurant and wine tasting on the island.
