The buildling has 100% renewable electricity supplied, solar panels, a reusable heat filtration system and the highest grade of insulation. We also have added waste separation bins.

Guest/s will have an exceptionally clean private bedroom that has just had a full refurbishment including freshly painted walls, new flooring, a new bed and mattress.
The property has 2 bathrooms. You will have access to the fully equipped spotlessly clean main bathroom that only guests use.
No access to kitchen
Oxford has an amazing cafe culture with so many 'indies' to choose from. Such as the French 'Handle Bar Cafe' on St Michaels St, to Cafe Coco's on the Cowley Rd.
If you would like to sit in the sunshine. We have a beautiful private roof top garden with views of the dreaming spires.
We are in the City of bicycles, why not experience your stay on 2 wheels
using one of the many bicycle rental schemes.
If you bring your own bikes there is access to the private secure bicycle sheds. Located at the rear of building.
Seeking to drive out to the Cotswolds for a day trip we have Co-wheels car(s) parked right outside the door.

We are experienced hosts who will ensure extra hygiene measures are adhered to. Everything will be wiped down before your arrival including, table/chair kettle, hairdryer, TV controls, light switches, and door handles.
Private access to hallway, bedroom and bathroom where you will be the only people at all times.
For extra piece of mind we have installed a hand sanitiser station on the wall readily available for your use at the front door. We also provide small hand sanitiser bottles in your room for you to take out on your day trips for free.
The room is decluttered with just the essential coffee and tea making facility. With an additional saftey measure of disposable sachets of coffee/tea/milk and sugar. There is also a small mini fridge.
Pillows are double covered. Bed linen/mattress covers/towels/floor hand/towels all washed on a high heat. We also leave 24 hours between guest bookings.
Ceiling extraction fans in all rooms with micro filter technology for clean air.
Complimentary Netflix with movies
TV with Freeview channels.
Fiberoptic high speed WiFi internet connect.

We have a little puppy, who has never been in the Airbnb room or bathroom(s). She is very quiet and sleeps most of the time, you do not have to meet her.
