Our place is close to Marconi Beach, the Bike Path, Blackfish Creek, plenty of restaurants, a fish market, and a ton of other amenities. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space (decks!), the ambiance, the location, and the luxury amenities. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

This is an oversized bungalo style craftsman home that was custom built (+3200 SF). The kitchen, dining and living room allow for great socialization of large groups or families. All are connected with decks on either side. The Master bedroom, with bathroom ensuite is on the main level of the home. There are two additional beds with queen beds in them and a full bathroom on the same level. The lower level has two additional bedrooms (one with a queen, and the other with two fulls). There is also laundry on this level. There is central air conditioning throughout, and impressive two story fire place for cool fall/winter evenings, and a large yard with a double outdoor shower.

If you are bringing a pet, we may require an additional security deposit. We do need to know the breed and age of the pet as well per our insurance.
