This is a studio apartment within a condo complex. It's private.
It's all up to you. Hands on. Hands off.
One block from lift 1A and a short ski down the "condo cutoff" to the Gondola means you're on Aspen Mountain and in the downtown core. The Ruby Park bus stop is at the bottom of the mountain (2 blocks) with transportation to Highlands, Buttermilk, Snowmass and the rest of the Roaring Fork Valley.
You don't need a car- ever.
Location, Location, Location.
Two guests maximum. No exceptions. Ever.
This is a non-smoking, no pets rental. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. There is no child-proofing.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Please consider the next guest.
You are not required to wash the linens or the towels- in fact I would prefer you didn't or you hire one of my recommended cleaning services to do it for you. If you wash the linens on hot you will ruin them. If you wash the linens or the towels with non-whites you will ruin them. If you wash the linens or the towels without stain removal settings and pre-soak you will ruin them.
Please use the tissues provided for makeup removal - not the towels- you will ruin them.
If you have any questions or difficulties with the apartment please please please contact me first before trying to "fix" it yourself.
As a guest in the condo you are promised "quiet enjoyment"- so are your neighbors.
There is an 12% tax on all Aspen rentals under a 31 night stay.
